The human mind is conditioned to fear. An endless list of causes can send a person into a panic that is difficult to manage. In fact, the more they try to get rid of the thoughts, the stronger they can become and the more difficult they can be to manage.
Change. Tasks. Relationships. Work.
All of these things can be contributers to fear that manifests within ourselves.
However, anybody who is experiencing said fear should find confidence in knowing that the management of that emotion is in their control.
It all begins by taking action. Sitting around and wondering what could be or what could happen will only increase the fear and doubt within your mind.
My advice? Trust your instinct and be productive. Know that you can accomplish anything that you truly believe you are capable.
As Dale Carnegie stated, “Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit at home and think about it. Go out and get busy.”
Yeah, go out and get confident. Swag will look good on you.
